FATHER'S ADVICE AND BLESSINGS TO THE UK BRETHREN DURING THE CELEBRATION OF THE 32ND UK ANNIVERSARY AT THE ELEPHANT AND CASTLE BETHEL, LONDON ON SUNDAY, 30TH JULY 2006.
Beloved Brethren,
Let the profound peace of The Father which surpasseth all things and His divine goodwill be bestowed upon you all; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
I remain eternally grateful unto The Father for His unflinching love, guidance, support, benevolence and kindness which has sustained you all to witness today's celebration of UK's 32ND Anniversary which is richly packaged with manifold blessings and testimonies to all the children of God.
Ideally, an event as such calls for absolute self and collective appraisal of your past efforts immersed in fostering the spread of BCS in UK, and upholding the faith in truth and practice for the salvation of man.
It is an incontestable fact that BCS has existed in the shores of UK for over three decades now, and considering its numerous years of existence, a lot more achievements, as well as spiritual advancement should have been recorded, but the prevalent rate of maliciousness, wickedness, envy, pull-me-down syndrome, concept of self, divide and rule, arrogance, gossip, eye and lip service, criticism, deceit, to mention but a few, which have characterized the operations of the kingdom within the country have constituted a major set back to the expected progress.
It gives me great cause to question you thus; are your works in consonance with the dictates of the Father? Again, are your interest positively inclined for the goodwill, growth and betterment of the kingdom? Be reminded that the stage is now set for the divine selection of the sheep from the wolves, as all defiling elements and spirits of confusion must be rooted out from amongst us; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Over the decades and years, The Father has expended so much time and energy to salvage souls of men by teaching you incessantly and bringing you to all knowledge of the truth, but it is really pathetic that man's recalcitrance, insubordination and desire to perpetrate evil heightens by the day.
I believe none of you is ignorant of the fact that this kingdom is not a worldly kingdom. It was not established based on man's prerogative, but purely on a divine initiative and conception; therefore man's negative and secret plots can in no wise bring ruin upon the works of God; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
There, is great quest for the truth the world over, and as the chosen children of the light, you should bear the identity of truth, but the decadent and precarious practices indulged in by most of you have failed to reveal the truth.
I want to impress it upon you all that there shall be no other sacrifice to atone for your sin, because the sacrifice of the Lamb paved a way for The Father to come down on earth, dwell in the midst of man and teach him to acquire all knowledge.
“For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume adversaries". (Hebrews 10:26-27)
Often times, I have implored you to chastise yourselves by giving up worldly lusts and carnal pleasures in order to obtain this kingdom which you' have been offered gratis.
I am aware that a host of you erroneously conceive that being clad in white apparel, identifying with BCS activities and handling key positions in BCS automatically qualifies you as a bonafide member of the kingdom of God. This. conception has to a large extent misled you, but out of mercy I consider it wise to inform you that your failure to abide strictly by the inherent spiritual conditions laid down by the founder and initiator of this faith are a clear indication of the fact that you do not belong here. Therefore you still have a choice, which is to follow God with all humility, obedience, faithfulness and oneness of mind in order to sail smoothly into the new world of righteousness and purity; in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us. (Hebrews,'12:1).
So much has been ignored in the past, and this long but deliberate silence by The Father has fuelled unwarranted display of ignorance, exertion of undue authority, unlawful claims and arrogance by most BCS members the world over. It should certainly occur to you that by proving to be knowledgeable, you are in opposition with God, as such, humility and the fear of God which rightly is considered to be the beginning of wisdom, deserts you. At this point, I see the need to remind you all that it is only the humble and the meek that have God as their guide and refuge; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Taking into cognizance the long years of BCS existence in UK, what positive impact has BCS created there and how many whites have you converted and baptized into the faith to show for your efforts geared towards the spread of the kingdom.
Is it not glaring to you and I that BCS in UK exists only as a black colony where envy, segregation, gossip, power tussle, rancour, criticism, arrogance and falsehood thrive?
You were chosen as the ambassadors of God in this dispensation to represent Him in truth and in practice in order for His glory to be revealed throughout the world, but your conduct has created much fear and doubts in the minds of the whites and has left them with a negative impression about this kingdom.
Do I need to impress it upon you that BCS is a global affair meant to embody all the races and religions in the world? .
For this vision to be accomplished, you as the members must be identified with the truth. This implies that you must uphold the truth and practice it to the letter.
When you profess to non BCS members that BCS is the kingdom of God, the first thought that comes to mind is that BCS is a divine place devoid of all forms of falsehood, rivalry, sectionalism, deceit, politics, fighting, quarrelling, gossiping, hatred, immorality, cheating and all other forms of vice.
This belief which the worldly people have makes them pitch their expectation about this kingdom very high, but on accepting the faith and coming in, your conducts, faithlessness and confusion sends them away, and leaves them with very unpleasant, indelible memories about the fold.
My question is; are you proving true discipleship of The Father by scattering abroad rather than gathering and uniting?
More so, what will be your account of stewardship at the harvest?
I expect that you ponder over these questions to resolve within your minds if you should continue in this race.
BCS is founded on the truth, the initiator is truth personified, and His mission is to debunk falsehood and enthrone the truth. Therefore, all who must identify with the faith must lay aside the cloak of pride and arrogance, insubordination and confusion, hatred and falsehood, and then embrace the truth in practice; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Daily, you are subjected to different tests in the kingdom, but each time you fail dismally.
Brethren, when you are appointed to positions in the kingdom, it is a form of test.
Unfortunately, a host of you at the least promotion exult yourselves above others, address The Father without any form of respect, flout His injunctions at will, tend to relate with Him as your playmate, carve empires for yourselves within the kingdom, encourage yourselves in seeking undue notice; and eventually lose focus about the assignment given to you. Be warned that The Father's simple nature is not enough reason for you to take undue advantage of Him because there are many spirits and angels commissioned to take note of every single act of yours against Him and inevitably, these minor acts of familiarity and contempt will be your undoing.
Let it also be openly declared to you that The Deity dwelling now in your midst is Divinely vested with all power, authority, supremacy and dominion to superintend over all creations, and judge the living and the dead.
You must at this time work out your salvation with fear and trembling because the Iron Rod Rule has commenced where no defaulting mortal shall be spared; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am fully aware of the existing conflicts in BCS administration in UK involving the four operating Authorities which include, The Missionaries i.e. The CNTMs and 144,000 Virgins; The Board of Trustees, The National Executives, and The Bethel Executives.
Before I delve into' the specific duties of each of these groups, I will first of all enjoin the various groups that none of them is a separate entity. They have all been created to function at different levels to achieve different purposes, but with oneness of mind, unity and cooperation to the success of the kingdom and to the glory of The Father.
From my observation, most members do not realize their areas of jurisdiction and this fact creates problems in the course of discharge of duties.
It is for this reason I consider it vital to streamline the duties of each of the already mentioned authorities beginning with the missionaries.
The missionaries are considered to be the spiritual administrators saddled with the responsibility of attending to all ministerial issues like conducting morning devotions, devotional services, watch and pray/bible classes, healings, and organizing ministry works.
It is strictly their duty to determine who mounts the Altar. Their duties are clearly spelt out and do not require the interference or influence of The National Exco and The Bethel Exco.
The UK National Exco should not at any time be influenced to disregard the inputs of the missionaries towards the affairs of BCS.
They are required to contribute and advice the National and Bethel Authorities during decision/policy making.
At all times, they should be revered as The Father’s eyes and mouthpiece for proper spiritual guidance.
The Board of Trustees serve as the BCS External Administrators who function as mediators between BCS and the Government of every country.
It is their duty to defend the organization whenever the need arises, liaise with the government for the benefit of the organization in terms of Registration/Incorporation of the organization.
The government of any country deals directly with them on behalf of the organization. On the whole, the Board of Trustees deals with the BCS Memorandum.
The National Executive is regarded as BCS Internal Administrators attending to BCS administration within the country.
The welfare of the organization as well as its smooth functioning is primarily the concern of the National Authorities. They are the pulling and uniting force within the country.
The National Authority is also concerned with projects execution, Bethels establishments as well as the functioning of existing Bethels and inauguration of BCS fellowships within the country.
Finally, the Bethel Authorities share similar functions with the National level, but at a lower level, which is at the Bethel level. Their exercise of authorities is limited to the Bethel as they serve strictly as Bethel administrators.
Having carefully and clearly spelt out the duties/responsibilities of each group, I expect that each officer should limit his/herself to his/her area of jurisdiction.
All forms of interference should forthwith be discontinued except with due permission because BCS has climaxed to a stage where law and order should be strictly maintained.
I will not by any means entertain any form of confusion and interference in all constituted BCS Administration, therefore I urge all perpetrators of these acts to desist from such, as "busy body" does not connote righteousness and faithfulness to God.
Discipline must be enforced and lapses must be checked; In the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Recently, some administrative changes were effected at the UK National level.
These changes were not aimed at giving rise to criticisms, anger, complaints, mockery, infighting, rivalry, antagonism to mention but a few.
The changes were neither based on sentiments nor reports as many are wont to believe. They were ideally effected for a new administration with a new dimension and new set of objectives.
I need not remind you that change is permanent and must be introduced when necessary in order to explore new talents.
With the recent changes made, the new National Leader's Representative for UK is Deaconess Joyce Brodnock while the immediate past UK National LR Pastor Victor Schroeder has been appointed as the National LR for Germany.
The newly appointed Deputy National LR for UK is Deaconess Caroline Ekitok while Deaconess Abba Jalloh has been assigned a higher responsibility as a member of the BCS Board of Trustees for UK.
SCS Sarah Odulate is appointed the National Treasurer for BCS-UK.
At this juncture, I call on the general support of all BCS members in UK towards the new administration for efficiency and achievement of goals.
You must all shun criticism, antagonism, envy, busy body, scheming to undo, rivalry, politics and hatred. I encourage brethren to give peace, love and respect a chance for the positive growth of the kingdom. Bear in mind that they have been appointed by the highest Authority and are fortified to accomplish this task assigned them.
"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the powers resisteth the ordinance of God and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation”. (Romans 13:1-2)
I have observed with dismay over time that changes in administration have often led the affected persons to disengage completely from BCS affairs, and worst still backslide.
This need not be so because we need each other’s support to function effectively. More so, BCS is our heritage, which we must guard jealously; therefore we must pull strings together to see to the progress of the work.
Moreover, BCS is a spiritual school where everyone is called to learn; hence nobody here retains a permanent position.
One salient issue which I desire to address, is the issue of flippancy and tale bearing which has become a practice among the UK brethren. With the recent changes, a lot are insinuating that the changes in administration are predicated upon reports fed The Father with. Such misconception largely reveals your level of ignorance' concerning the affairs of the kingdom and the Deity dwelling in your midst. Does such belief not tantamount to gross disrespect and lack of fear for God?
Be reminded that The Father is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent; hence He keeps abreast with all that transpires within and outside the kingdom.
I see the need to advice the current National Executive to clearly realize their roles as Leaders not dictators nor, bosses.
They should consider themselves first as the servants to all because the greatest must be the least.
Leaders are appointed to lead in practice and with positive examples; therefore absolute humility should be exhibited by all those chosen to lead.
I encourage you to regard Our Father-The Founder and Initiator of our faith as your role model and strive to adopt His Leadership style in order to succeed.
Based on His Humility, He has retained the status of world's Greatest Leader and Teacher, and as His disciples, it is expected that you exhibit faultless and sterling Leadership Qualities; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Brethren, it is imperative that I dwell much on your ills, which are on the increase by the day; as failure to do this will be most detrimental to you.
You claim to have peace whereas there is no peace amongst you. Any one of you who can vehemently lay claims of having Peace amongst you, should indicate by standing. You can now see that you have all been pretending over time to have Peace, when you know that you have no Peace. A brother does not want to hear his fellow brother talk, neither does a sister want to hear her fellow sister talk.
Why does it constitute so much pain to you whenever you hear the voice of your brother or sister, to the extent that you desire to strangle him or her?
Does this not reveal that the fear of The Father is not in you? Does it also not reveal you to be selfish?
It is quite glaring that you place premium interest in yourselves and think very little about the Father because of the high degree of pride in you.
Come-o, why do you seek so much power and so much authority? Is that why you quarrel, backbite, gossip, and go into disagreement?
I indulge you all to listen with rapt attention because from your conduct, you are going to suffer the work of God to die in your hands, and when this happens, it will not augur well for you.
Often times, it gives me cause to wonder why you prefer money to the growth of BCS. I am not implying that money is evil, but when it becomes a necessary basis for evil perpetrations by making you trample upon your brother/sister, knock down your brother/sister, claim supremacy over your brother/sister, it becomes a sin.
I have news for you. Something is going to happen amongst you, and it is going to be very soon. But wait a minute; have you ever questioned yourself as to why things are taking the present shape with you? The reason is not far fetched. It is because you are no longer doing the Father's work like you were doing in the past; hence you withhold your testimonies.
I do you a favour by advising you to wake up from your slumber and return back to your first love, and rededicate your services to Him with all your heart and might, then see if your ways will not be opened; In the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
A wise man seeks advice, while a foolish man treads like a beast and detests advice. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
Right now, there's a way out for all of you. I enjoin you all to embark upon a seven day 6am to 6pm fasting with intensive prayers for the forgiveness of all your wrong doings. At the completion of the seven-day fasting, you should all come together and agree upon one project to execute, after which a full feast should be conducted and eaten by all.
Within the duration of the project, make your humble requests to The Father based on what you desire Him to do for you, and I promise you that before the end of the project, all your requests will be granted.
This exercise will serve as a deterrent to all pretenders and those who will fail to partake in this fast as they shall be unfailingly made to reap the reward of disobedience.
Brethren, from now on, I encourage you to flee malice, fornication, adultery and laying curses upon others as any curse you place on another will return back to you the sender; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Know ye not that your sins have been separating you from The Father? Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Having said much, I consider it worthy to acknowledge the remarkable contributions of UK brethren towards the growth of the Kingdom. Your immense contribution towards the Brotherhood Model College has not gone unnoticed. Howbeit, a 1ot is still pending, so I urge brethren not to grow weary, but to continue in support of The Father's work, as there lays your blessings.
Recently, we have received another letter from Liverpool Council stating that they want BCS to pay £255,000.00 for the work they have done on the Cathedral so far. The last time efforts were made to contact the man in charge of BCS affairs in the Council, he intimated members that the Council was still waiting for BCS to approach them with concrete plans.
This reveals that there is lot of work for the Trustees to carry out, which is pressing for BCS interests with external agencies.
I will not engage you further in a lengthy speech. I commend the UK National Youth Fellowship for their recent ministry to the Coventry, which I believe The Father has greatly used to accomplish much.
I equally appreciate the last ministry embarked upon to Oxford. It is my desire that more of such educative and interactive ministries will be embarked upon.
I thank The Father immensely for the grand conclusion of this event. I believe you all have been richly blessed; In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
For all those of you who consider this Kingdom as a treasure that has to be supported, protected and preserved, remain confident for eternal life and eternal reward is yours in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. In that sense, I urge you to remain steadfast in that line for very soon you will know that your patience is not in vain.
